How to track Offline Conversions in your Facebook Ads account?

How can I track the Coupon Claims (Lead Conversions) and Coupon Redemptions (Sale Conversions) achieved through Gonnado in my own Facebook Ads account?

To connect your Facebook Ads account to Gonnado, proceed as follows:

1. Send your Facebook Pixel ID to Gonnado

In your Facebook Ads account, go to the Events Manager which you can find in the main menu of your ad account. Here you will find your Facebook Pixel ID. Send it to your Gonnado Campaign Manager. The Facebook Pixel ID typically is a (number) string with 16 digits.

In the main menu of your Gonnado Account, go to Gonnado Pixel and open the section Pixels. Fill in the fields and click Save to add your Facebook Pixel.

2. Create Custom Conversions in Facebook Ads

Also in the Events Manager of your Facebook Ads account, click on Create > Create Custom Conversion. Create one Custom Conversion each for Leads and Sales with the following settings.

3. Check if Conversions appear in Facebook Ads

Check, in your Facebook Ads account in the Events Manager > Custom Conversions, to see if the two custom conversions you have created for Gonnado received conversions. You can recognize this by the Status Active. This can only be checked after the first coupons have been claimed respectively redeemed.
